- To confirm fitment, fulfil the order, and arrange collect, courier, or call-out.
- To process payment through PayFast and issue a refund to the original payment account if approved.
- To contact you about the order, warranty, or a declined return.
- We do not sell your details to third parties.
Who we share it with
- PayFast, to process the payment.
- The courier, to deliver the order.
- Our workshop staff, to fit the battery or handle a call-out.
How long we keep it
Order and warranty records are kept for the warranty period (up to 36 months) plus one year for accounting. You may ask us to correct or delete personal details that we no longer need for an open order or warranty.
